InSync Media Account Executive - Client Growth Specialist

InSync Media is a digital marketing agency making an impact for small businesses across the United States. Since 2016, we have partnered with hundreds of small business owners to help them grow with online marketing.

Over the last three years, InSync has grown on average by 42% year over year, and we are just getting started. We are in a period of significant growth, and we are looking for people to join the team who are as excited as we are to partner with passionate small business owners as their marketing team.

Who We Work With

Our sweet spot is business owners operating between $350k and $10M in revenue. We work with solopreneurs as well as thoroughly fleshed out teams with 20+ employees. We pride ourselves on being industry agnostic. Some of our top industries include home services, eCommerce, health services, and professional services.

The Role

Strategize, lead, and execute on sales activities to scale InSync Media from $1mm to $3mm in annual revenue by 2022. This person will work closely with the CEO and CMO to drive the growth engine of the company based on our strategic goals.

This position is a boots-on-the-ground sales position for someone not afraid to do the work every day: making calls, outreaching on social media, following up with the pipeline, and closing deals. This person will be responsible for following through on all sales activities necessary to build the top of funnel sales pipeline through to a successful close to build long-term partnerships with small business clients.

Growth Opportunities

We’ll teach you the skills and provide you with resources to help you bring in leads and close deals to build your book. We also have sales and marketing resources to help provide leads, but referrals are our number one lead source.

As you master the sales role, know there is an opportunity to move up to lead a sales team with additional compensation opportunities.

Experience

We are looking for a highly qualified candidate with a proven track record of success selling high ticket services ($1500 – $10,000/month). If you are entrepreneurially minded, love sales, are well-networked, and have a strategic business mind, then we want to talk to you!

  • Base of knowledge in digital marketing, including SEO, paid search, web design and development, and social media.
  • Marketing agency experience.
  • An entrepreneurial background.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Strong LinkedIn network and engagement.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Google Workspace, and industry standard CRM software.

Compensation

  • As an entrepreneurial company, the compensation is structured to create massive upside for you! As you sharpen your closing skills, build your pipeline, network, and build a referral base, you should be earning well over six figures within two to three years.
  • Not only do you receive a base salary, but you will be eligible to participate in our generous compensation and bonus structure after successfully completing our sales training. There is no cap on commissions. You can reasonably expect to make over $60,000 in your first year, over $90,000 in your second year, and even more if performance goals are exceeded.
  • As you master the sales role, there is an opportunity to move up to lead a sales team with additional compensation opportunities based on your team’s performance.

  • This position is open for remote work, and you may create your own schedule as long as performance goals are met. You own your destiny in this role.
