Over the last three years, InSync has grown on average by 42% year over year, and we are just getting started. InSync Media Creative Director

InSync Media is looking for an outstanding and experienced team member to fill a vital role within the organization. This position will be responsible for the success of the website, design, and branding department. They will lead and manage a team of creatives and interface directly with our clients with red carpet customer service.

This position requires an experienced marketer who is a generalist with a broad range of skills. These core skills and experience are vital to the success of the position:

  • Strategic Thinking
    – Problem solving and execution on marketing strategies

    – Working with a number of clients across multiple industries
    – Understanding of meaningful metrics unique to each client and building data into a report
  •  Graphic design for print and web
    – Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Canva
    – Brand Identity design
    – Website design using WordPress and a visual builder
  • Able to write in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
    – Websites, blogs, newsletters, marketing materials
  • Understanding of SEO and what role design and content play into ranking a website
  • Team Management
    – Conflict resolution with both clients and team members
    – Coach, train, and guide your team to develop their skills and contributions

Key Responsibilities

1. Website, Print, and Branding Project Management

a. Red Carpet Customer Experience
b. Exceed Timeline Expectations
c. Interface with the entire team for various projects and successful deployment of websites and online marketing projects, as well as reporting, contracts, and billing.
d. Successful Transition from Sales to a Website, then to SEO and Ads

2. Client Branding

a. Attend, contribute, and eventually lead Storybrand Workshops
b. Communicate all brand standards to the rest of the team for consistent application in content, design, photography, and online marketing.
c. Ensure brand consistency in all work produced by ISM to relevant client brand standards through a review process

3. Graphic Design for Print and Web

a. Creative direction, brainstorming, and reviews with the Designer(s)
b. Implement design as needed based on the needs of clients and project timelines

4. Content Writing, Editing, and Approvals

a. Proofread all blog post content before sent to the client
b. Write client copy as needed
c. Interface with the Content team and client
d. Ensure implementation of the brand voice in all client copy

5. Enable the company to double Website, Branding, and Funnel Revenue in 2022

a. Increasing the capacity of the web and design team through exceeding timelines
b. Identifying additional staffing requirements, and utilizing our outside vendors as needed to increase capacity
c. Implement funnels for clients in HighLevel

6. InSync Media Branding and Marketing

a. Working with the CEO and CMO for strategizing and writing email funnels
b. Working with the CEO and CMO to create web content for branding pages with CTAs, Opt-Ins, etc.
c. Working with social media manager on Social Media content
d. Other projects as required

7. Internal and Client Reporting

a. Tracking expenses and COGS related to each project
b. Time tracking for the team against projects
c. Communicating with the office manager for accurate billing
d. Connecting the value to the investment for each client through reporting on meaningful metrics

Salary & Benefits

Salary Compensation

  • Base Salary of $65,000 – $75,000, based on experience and skills
  • Profit sharing distributions 1-2 times a year
  • IRA with company match up to 3%

Location & Travel

  • Hybrid Remote and In-Office flexibility; Must be in driving distance to Montrose, CO and ability to be in-office minimum of 2 days per week
  • Company-sponsored retreats

InSync Media Account Executive - Client Growth Specialist

 

The Role

Execute on sales activities to scale InSync Media from $1mm to $3mm in annual revenue by 2022. This person will work closely with the CEO and CMO to drive the growth engine of the company based on our strategic goals.

This position is a boots-on-the-ground sales position for someone not afraid to do the work every day: making calls, outreaching on social media, following up with the pipeline, and closing deals. This person will be responsible for following through on all sales activities necessary to build the top-of-funnel sales pipeline through to a successful close to build long-term partnerships with small business clients.

Growth Opportunities

We’ll teach you the skills and provide you with resources to help you bring in leads and close deals to build your book. We also have sales and marketing resources to help provide leads, but referrals are our number one lead source.

As you master the sales role, know there is an opportunity to move up to lead a sales team with additional compensation opportunities.

Experience

We are looking for a highly qualified candidate with a proven track record of success selling high ticket services ($1500 – $10,000/month). If you are entrepreneurially minded, love sales, are well-networked, and have a strategic business mind, then we want to talk to you!

Compensation

  • As an entrepreneurial company, the compensation is structured to create massive upside for you! As you sharpen your closing skills, build your pipeline, network, and build a referral base, you should be earning well over six figures within two to three years.
  • Not only do you receive a base salary, but you will be eligible to participate in our generous compensation and bonus structure after successfully completing our sales training. There is no cap on commissions. You can reasonably expect to make over $60,000 in your first year, over $90,000 in your second year, and even more if performance goals are exceeded.
  • As you master the sales role, there is an opportunity to move up to lead a sales team with additional compensation opportunities based on your team’s performance.
