InSync Media Project Manager

As our clients and business have grown significantly over the past few years, we need someone with a Can-Do attitude to come in and help us stay organized and provide a positive client experience.

The job will entail both external client-facing responsibilities as well as internal team project management. If you love people and have a passion for organization and details, then this might be a great fit for you!

Who You Are
  • Love people and are dedicated to positive customer experience.
  • Smart, organized, and efficient; able to multitask and keep your cool in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Highly motivated self-starter and proactive at problem-solving and taking action.
  • Comfortable sitting at the crossroads of the team to manage workflow and communication.
  • Able to efficiently allocate resources to get projects completed on time and on budget.
  • Well-spoken on the phone and can make a great first impression.
  • Open minded (not afraid of conflict or presenting new ideas)
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn our marketing platforms. You don’t have to know everything (even much) about online marketing, but you need to have the ability and willingness to learn how we work and what we do.
  • Two years of work experience in project management/account management/coordination, operations, or administrative assistance.
  • Ideally a background in online marketing, but not required
  • College degree is not required
  • Generally awesome!
What You’ll Do
  • External Client Communication
  • Client meetings, note taking and task creation from the meeting
  • Answering phones and replying to the general email box
  • Initial lead intake over the phone or email
  • Onboarding and off-boarding clients into our programs
  • Creating and sending work orders for signature
  • Monthly reporting to clients
  • Getting sign off from clients on completed work
  • Generating an overall positive customer experience
  • Sending personalized thank you notes and birthday cards
  • Internal Project Management
  • Monitoring projects and tasks for completion against deadlines and scope
  • Communicating with all team members to assign task priorities and responsibilities
  • Time tracking and internal reporting
  • Tracking scope creep on projects for correct billing
  • Updating internal databases
  • Organization of assets
  • Helping the team develop and document internal processes
  • Administrative support for our sales system (this is not a sales position, but you will be supporting the sales process internally)
  • Creating market, competitor, and keyword reports (no prior skills necessary; we will teach you how to do this.)
Salary, Hours, and Location

Salary range (based on experience and skills) is $14-$20/hour with benefits including flexible health care plans, yearly bonuses, and paid time off.

Minimum hours to start are 25/week. This may start out part time, but it will grow to full time. We need a minimum of a one year commitment.

While there is some flexibility to work remotely periodically, this is primarily an in-office job based in Montrose, CO.
